  • Review of your food diary via Cronometer.com (a sample of your standard 2 days diet with weights is to be received 2 days in advance of the meeting),
  • Inventory of your health habits,
  • Review of your environment,
  • Definition of your health & life objectives,
  • Individual Action Plan (sent within 3 working days after the session).
