- Review of your food diary via Cronometer.com (a sample of your standard 2 days diet with weights is to be received 2 days in advance of the meeting),
- Inventory of your health habits,
- Review of your environment,
- Definition of your health & life objectives,
- Individual Action Plan (sent within 3 working days after the session).
