You will benefit from several group discussions with a qualified Nutritional Therapist, which can help you adjust your diet and supplementation. Do I need to be fit or experienced in yoga?

No. The day is designed to be gentle and supportive. You can choose between a Gentle Yoga Flow and a gym session, depending on what feels best for you on the day.

Is lunch included?

Yes, healthy and delicious lunch is included as part of the experience.

What shall I take with me?

Outdoor shoes for the beach walk, indoor sports shoes, gym wear if using the gym, and swimwear. Towels, pool shoes, and yoga mats are provided.

Will I leave with practical advice?

Yes. You will leave not only feeling more relaxed, but also with clear and realistic next steps towards better health, more energy, and natural beauty.

How will communication be organised?

Communication for your spa day at Chewton Glen will be organised via a dedicated WhatsApp group, where you will receive practical details, updates, and useful information before the day.

How will communication be organised before the retreat day?

Before your retreat day, you’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for your date, where you can receive updates, ask practical questions, and, if they’d like, coordinate travelling together. 

The group will remain open afterwards too, so you can stay connected and receive any follow-up notes or takeaways from the day.

Is the beach walk mandatory?

Not at all. The day is designed to feel nourishing, not pressured. The walk is weather-dependent and gentle in pace.

Can I come from London for the day?

Yes. This retreat works beautifully as a day trip from London. A suggested train is 8:35am from London Waterloo, arriving at 10:26am in New Milton, where I will meet you.

How do I get from the station to Chewton Glen and back?

I will collect you from New Milton and drop you back if you arrive on the 10:26am train and return on the 6:37pm train to London.

How many places are available?

Places are kept very limited, 3-5 people, so the experience stays personal, calm, and supportive.

Can I stay at the hotel overnight?

Yes, you are very welcome to enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel either before or after the guided spa day, which you can book online directly with the hotel.

Can I arrange an individual consultation with a Nutritional Therapist during my spa day?

You are very welcome to book it via the website using your discount code.

If you stay at the hotel, you may have time for an individual 1-hour consultation during the day.

Simply get in touch directly to arrange a suitable time.

If not, it can be conducted online after the retreat.
